SRAM Avid Elixir Disc Brake Pads

At Corki Cycles we know there is a science to disc brake pads. The pads you need depend on the type of riding, the elements, your weight, how often you ride, and brand compatibility.

At Corki Cycles we make the best SRAM disc brake pads for your bike. Enjoy a short break-in period for more responsive braking.

The brake pad material affects the use, wear, and life of the brake pads.

At Corki Cycles we offer 5 different materials for the SRAM Avid Elixir Pads. Choose a resin/organic pad for casual riding, a semi-metallic pair of disc brake pads for more frequent use, and our multi-metallic/sintered/copper brake pads for more aggressive riding. Multi-metallic/sintered or copper disc brake pads are perfect for more aggressive riding.

Before ordering check your current brake pads for compatibility, or check online to match the brand and make with the correct pads before buying.

The Corki Cycles SRAM/Avid pair of disc brake pads are compatible with: Sram Avid Elixir 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, R, ER, CR, Mag Level TI & T, Sram XX, X7, X9, XXWC, DB1, DB3, and DB5.

To install remove your front and rear wheel. Remove the old, worn brake pads from the front and rear calipers. Check your pistons and do a caliper health check first. Check the quality of the brake cable or hydraulic hose before installing the new disc brake pads. Using a flat tool push the pistons back ready to install the new pads. Insert the new brake pads correctly and secure them inside the caliper with the spring and pin. Re-attach your wheel and check the disc rotor positioning.

At Corki Cycles we believe in buying bicycle components that are strong and built for all styles of riding. As you push the limits of your riding, components inevitably break or are affected by general wear and tear. With every set of disc brake pads, you receive a 6-month limited warranty. We also offer a component replacement scheme where we provide a discount on your new bicycle component. Send our friendly customer service a message for further information.

Select the disc brake pad material that best suits your style of riding. Check out Corki Cycle's full range of SRAM brake pads here.

Easy to install, fits my 2 radrovers that we bought in early 2022

Easy to install, fits my 2 radrovers that we bought in early 2022. I will say my brakes are not the ones on the rad website or in the YouTube videos. So if you have the brakes held together with torx screws and do not have the silver allen head inner adjustment screw...these work great.Time will tell how long they last, I am only getting about 400 miles out of the stock ones so we will see.Even if they don't last they are cheap enough and easy enough to replace I will just stockpile a few sets.
