Shimano Deore XT & Saint Disc Brake Pads

It is inevitable that you will need to replace your pair of brake pads, but before you do so you want plenty of use. A pair of disc brake pads need to be durable, wear-resistant, and long-lasting. At Corki Cycles we know there is a science to disc brake pads. The pads you need depend on the type of riding, the elements, your weight, how often you ride, and brand compatibility. At Corki Cycles we make the best disc brake pads for your bike and style of riding. Enjoy a short break-in period for more responsive braking.

When choosing new or replacement disc brake pads, the sizing/compatibility and material are most important. The brake pad material affects the use, wear, and life of the brake pads.

At Corki Cycles we offer 3 different materials to match the different styles of riding. Choose a resin/organic pad for casual riding, a semi-metallic pair of disc brake pads for more frequent use, and sintered disc brake pads for more aggressive riding.

The Corki Cycles Shimano XT, Deore, and Saint disc brake pads are the perfect thickness for greater longevity and wear resistance. Yet for those needing split reaction breaking and greater responsiveness on the trails, our disc brake pads perform every time.

Before ordering check your current brake pads for compatibility, or check online to match the brand and make with the correct pads before buying.

The Corki Cycles pair of disc brake pads are compatible with: Shimano Deore XT M765, M775, M776, XTR, M965, M966, M975, LX, M585, T665, SLX, M665, Deore M535, M595, M596, Hone M601, Alfine S500, S501, Saint M800, M545, R505, T605, A01S, M07, M07Ti, & M07S.

Always check Shimano’s specific installation guide for your disc brake caliper.

To install remove your front and rear wheel. Remove the old, worn brake pads from the front and rear calipers. Check your pistons and do a caliper health check first. Check the quality of the brake cable or hydraulic hose before installing the new disc brake pads. Using a flat tool push the pistons back ready to install the new pads. Insert the new brake pads correctly and secure them inside the caliper with the spring and pin. Re-attach your wheel and check the disc rotor positioning. Make sure there is no friction with the new brake pads when the brakes are not in use. If there is some friction or the disc rotor is hard to move you may need to file the pads very slightly. Alternatively, you can wait after a few rides for this to wear down.

At Corki Cycles we believe in buying bicycle components that are strong and built for all styles of riding. Nevertheless, as you push the limits of your riding, components inevitably break or are affected by general wear and tear. With every set of disc brake pads, you receive a 6-month limited warranty. We also offer a component replacement scheme where we provide a discount on your new bicycle component. Send our friendly customer service a message for further information.

These work MUCH better, still work if they get wet

I got these for my EMOVE electric scooter, to replace my stock brakes that stopped working. These work MUCH better, still work if they get wet. They may squeak a TINY bit, but that is the price for better breaking
